Implant Restoration

Implant restoration is used to restore a missing tooth or teeth.  It involves surgical placement of the implant body which is made of a titanium screw.  It is generally placed by a specialist.

After placement the implant is loaded with a crown which is cemented or screwed in to replace the missing tooth.  It typically takes anywhere from 6 weeks to 6 months for the healing process and for the placement of the final prosthesis/crown.
